4. Payments
Payment terms will be defined in service agreements. Invoices must be paid as per the terms outlined in the agreement. Failure to do so may result in service disruption or legal action.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all non-public business information exchanged during the term of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability
ClikinTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms or any unlawful behavior.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Bangalore courts.
