Clikin-Tech primarily provides digital services and solutions. However, in the case of physical products or documentation, the following policy applies:
a) Digital Services
All services, including web development, design, and software solutions, are delivered electronically.
Turnaround time is communicated at the start of each project and varies depending on the scope.
b) Physical Deliveries (if applicable)
Any physical product (such as branded merchandise, hardware, or documentation) will be shipped using reputable courier partners.
Shipping time depends on the destination and product availability, usually ranging from 5–10 business days.
Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
c) Delivery Delays
Clikin-Tech is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances like weather or customs delays.
d) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated during the service agreement process.
