Shipping and Delivery Policy

Clikin-Tech primarily provides digital services and solutions. However, in the case of
physical products, including hardware, documentation, or merchandise, the following
policy applies:
a) Digital Services
All services, including web development, design, and software solutions, are delivered
electronically.
Turnaround time is communicated at the start of each project and varies depending on the
scope.
b) Physical Deliveries (if applicable)
Any physical product—including but not limited to branded merchandise, printed
documentation, or customised hardware components—will be shipped using reputable courier
partners.
Shipping times depend on the destination and product availability, typically ranging
from 5–10 business days.
Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
c) Shipping Charges
Since we are dealing with customised hardware and software, shipping charges will be
discussed and confirmed after finalisation of the product.
All applicable charges will be clearly communicated prior to dispatch.
d) Delivery Delays
Clikin-Tech is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen
circumstances such as weather disruptions or customs inspections.
e) Damaged Deliveries
If any hardware is found damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at +91
