Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ClikinTech, we strive to maintain clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and
refunds. Please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation by Client
Service contracts can be cancelled by providing written notice.
For monthly services, cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing
cycle.
For fixed-projects, cancellations may incur charges based on the work completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
SAAS Subscriptions: Refunds are provided only if there is a technical issue that
ClikinTech fails to resolve within 14 days.
Development Services: Partial refunds may be provided based on the work stage and
resources utilized.
Non-Refundable Services: Consultation fees, third-party licenses, or completed
development phases are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by ClikinTech
We reserve the right to cancel services in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of
agreement terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment
method.
